This technique, developed by Jean-Pierre MOREAU , sports physiotherapist, now defunct, is POSTURAL® STRETCHING® .

Both gentle and dynamic, his exercises allow you to correct certain positioning defects, to soften you gently, to strengthen your deep muscles.
The Pila'T en forme course will help you gain flexibility. It is inspired by the warm-up movements of the dancers, the Pilate method; from the bar on the ground and from her studies as a physiotherapist that Audrey developed this method.
The intensity of the course increases. Audrey begins with a workout performed while standing, the course evolves to end with work sitting or lying on the floor.
In direct contact with the ground, stretching exercises work on flexibility and balance, and develop body awareness. Also recommended for back problems, this method corrects bad postures and softens the lumbar spine.
We build muscle by stretching from head to toe. All the exercises are carried out in the natural axes of the body, nothing is done in force. Muscles develop in length and not in thickness: the silhouette lengthens. It is a discipline that allows in-depth muscle building work. In this method, we work all parts of the body: back, abs, legs. Audrey also adds coordination work.
The course always ends with a time of breathing which allows you to go out to rest and energize to start your afternoon or evening.
The Pila'T in shape is another good way to afford a break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. During the session, you let yourself be carried away by the music used in the background. You also learn to relax through breathing. Better controlled, it plays an important role in each of the exercises used, since it helps to harmonize body and mind and develops self-control.
